HR Business Partner

Objective: Contribute the development of the business strategy

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Plan recruitment and development
- Generate ideas for improvement in the areas of HR efficiency
- Perform training process and courses
- Perform recruitment process
- Assess employees' satisfaction and provide analytical reports
- Evaluate employees' performance and provide analytical reports
- Supervise monthly payroll process

Reporting to: HR Director

Number required: 1

Duration: Permanent

Desired start date: As soon as possible

Probation: 3- month

Working hours: Saturday- Wednesday 08:00- 17:30

Qualification 

University qualifications: At least bachelor degree in HR/‎ Public/‎ Industrial Management

Previous experience: At least 5 years in the field of HR ‪(General)‬

Specialist knowledge:
- Dominant on labor law and SSO
- Dominant on payroll software
- Dominant on Statistical analysis software, such as SPSS
- Dominant on excellence models
- Dominant on interviewing, recruitment and development 
- Experience in hygienic cosmetic industry is a plus

Soft skills: 
- Self, team and time management
- Target Orientation

Ideal age range: Max.‎ 35

Gender preference: Both male and female

Language skills: Must be fluent in English
