Payroll Expert

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Keep records of and archive the personal files of all employees and ensure confidentiality of payroll information
- Prepare and follow up the contracts
- Manage and organize all the employees time sheet and prepare monthly report for payroll
- Calculate salary, benefits and payroll 
- Calculate and prepare payroll lists
- Prepare required reports in order to pay various taxes and insurance premiums
- Prepare annual bonus payment lilts
- Archive documents 
- Cooperate with the bank

Reporting to: HR Supervisor

Duration: Permanent

Desired start date: As soon as possible

Probation: 3- month

Working hours: Saturday- Wednesday 08:00- 17:30

Qualification 

niversity qualifications: At least bachelor degree in any related management major

Previous experience: At least 2 years in the same role

Specialist knowledge:
- HRIS
- Payroll software

Other/‎ soft skills:
- Self and time management
- Accuracy

Ideal age range: 25- 35

Gender preference: Both male and female

Language skills: Familiar with English language
