Executive Assistant

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Scheduling daily agenda for the manager
- Follow up with different departments of the company on the tasks
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Managing and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements 
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- Managing filing system
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems


At least 5 years of experience in the same role

Preferably have work experience in the reputable, big size companies 

At leat Master degree holder in management majors

Dominant with Outlook and Microsoft office programs

Must be fluent in English

- Flexible and eager to learn
